Porto Potenza Picena, being one of the lovely small towns on the coast, is currently under rapid
development, much alike other similar towns, as Porto Recanati, Porto St. Giorgio and Civitanova
Marche.
Infrastructure and public development works have been carried out throughout the year, with
extensive development plans still underway.
With the removal of the Ceramic plant area from the town's center and transformation into "La Piazza",
the town is heading towards dramatic changes.
